Nazia is currently an Assistant Professor at St. Joseph's Institute of Management (SJIM), Bengaluru. Nazia is a mixed-method researcher with a decade of experience in teaching and research. She specializes in research on diversity and inclusion, organizational behavior, and HRM practices. With flair for research, Nazia was Research Assistant at Indian School of Business, Research Collaborator with Singapore Management University, and was Research Associate with Indian Institute of Management, Udaipur and Bengaluru, India. She has a successful record of publishing papers in high ranked research journals.

Passionately advocate about gender inequality across IT BPM sector, Nazia is currently a Doctorate in progress, representing the emerging voice in academia and corporate world. As one the leading advocates of behavioural change in today's agile world her representations make her the face of research and advisory science consulting at ECOFIN.
